Tim Haworth

Tim is the Founder and Managing Director of Hedgeworth. Beginning his career as a carpenter, he progressed through site management and project management roles with tier-one contractors before establishing Hedgeworth, having identified an opportunity to bring the systems, discipline and delivery standards of larger construction businesses to a more agile and relationship-focused model. As a registered Commercial Builder (Unlimited), Tim provides overall leadership to the business, combining extensive construction knowledge with a strong focus on quality, client relationships and the long-term growth of Hedgeworth.

Sam Harding

Sam has developed his construction career from the ground up, beginning as a carpenter before progressing into project management and operations. His site-based experience is complemented by strong commercial acumen, giving him a well-rounded understanding of project delivery, cost, procurement and operational performance. As Operations Manager, Sam oversees the day-to-day delivery of Hedgeworth's projects and works closely with clients and project teams to ensure works are well planned, commercially considered and efficiently delivered, particularly within live operational environments.

Dale Jeffs

Dale has built an extensive career in construction, beginning as a boilermaker before progressing through supervisory and construction management roles. His strong site knowledge and understanding of construction methodology allow him to effectively coordinate trades, sequencing and day-to-day works, including projects with complex staging and delivery requirements. As Construction Manager, Dale plays a key role in ensuring projects are well organised, safely delivered and carefully managed around the needs of clients and building users.

Gary Mundy

Gary is an experienced health and safety professional with nearly two decades in senior safety roles across major construction projects and active sites. With a background as an A Grade Electrician, he combines practical site experience with expertise in risk management, incident investigation, WorkSafe liaison and safety systems. As WHS Advisor, Gary works with the Hedgeworth team to maintain robust safety standards, provide practical guidance and ensure works are planned and delivered safely and in accordance with legislative and project requirements.
